Planning to have your winning items shipped? Be sure to read the following shipping policy AND contact us ASAP before the auction concludes. Shipping charges will be calculated, approved, and added to your invoice.

Shipping Policy:

  • Handling Fee: A handling fee is added to all shipments:

    • $6.50 for most boxes

    • $4.50 for envelopes

    • $8.50 for large boxes

    • An additional $12.00 fee for double-boxed items

  • Carriers Used: We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, with most items shipped via Priority Mail.

  • Invoice & Billing: Shipping costs will be added to your invoice and charged to the card on file.

  • Large/Freight Items:

    • For sizeable items or freight shipments, the buyer is responsible for arranging shipping.

    • Shipping can be arranged with freight carriers like SpeeDee Ship (for the Midwest) or Roadready Transfer Service (www.roadreadytransfer.com).

  • Consolidation & Weight-Based Shipping:

    • Multiple lots will be consolidated into a single shipment.

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, package size, and shipping destination.

  • Restrictions:

    • Non-shippable items: Firearms, black powder, primers, and fireworks cannot be shipped.

    • We do not ship furniture, large amounts of glassware, bicycles, or other oversized/difficult-to-ship items.

  • Shipping Availability: Shipping is available within reason. Please contact us if you require shipping or have specific shipping needs.
